Pura Research Labs LLC ("Pura Research Labs," "we," "our," or "us") operates an SMS/text messaging program for its customers. This page describes how customers opt in, what messages we send, message frequency and rates, and how to opt out.

How Customers Opt In

Customers can opt in through a separate SMS consent checkbox during account registration. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is separate from Terms & Conditions acceptance.

The checkbox is optional and is not required to create an account or complete a purchase.

The exact consent language shown at registration is:

"I agree to receive text messages from Pura Research Labs LLC related to account verification, login and account security, order updates, shipping updates, invoice or payment reminders, local pickup coordination, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and orders. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Privacy of Mobile Information

Pura Research Labs LLC does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent information to third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or marketing partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
